It’s great that you are planning to visit. Naturally, you are always welcome in one of our stores near you. Use the store locator to easily check all our locations and their opening hours. We look forward to being able to welcome you soon with a lovely cup of tea.

Tip: You can check via the website per product whether your favourites are in stock in store.
Certainly, you can exchange your store purchase within 8 days at one of our stores upon showing your receipt. You can also do this in a different store to the one where you made the purchase. Your products must be unused and unopened and in their original packaging. Clothing must be unworn, unwashed and still have the price tags attached.

Tip: You can return products that you have ordered online using our return form.
Naturally, we like to surprise you as a loyal customer with a beautiful gift above a certain purchase price. You will receive this from us when your purchase meets our promotion conditions, a maximum of one per customer as long as stocks last. If we have forgotten to give you your gift, please return to the store of purchase with your receipt.

Please note: we cannot make any exceptions if you do not meet the minimum purchase amount. Naturally, we have various small products (such as travel-friendly sizes) to supplement your purchase, so that you can then be eligible for your gift.
