The 30-minute workout that leaves you happy and energised - yes, really!

We all have off days now and then, right? You know, when nothing seems to go your way and the whole world feels against you. If you’re having one of those days, you may want to curl up in bed with a bar of Toblerone – and we know, sometimes only chocolate will do. But, trust us when we say, a little movement can really work to lift your spirits. The right workout can release much-needed endorphins (also known as the happiness hormone) and help to lift that bad mood, fast.

This 30-minute workout is laser-focused on boosting your mood, leaving you happy and energised. So, take a couple of deep breaths in and out, peel yourself off the couch (you can do it) and let’s get moving!

Djilani Sprang-Purperhart

Connecting people with themselves, as well as with others, is one of Djilani’s main goals. He has a degree in medical-anthropology and sociology and is inspired by Raja and Kemetic yoga, Tantra and martial arts. Djilani has developed an unique method that focuses on people finding their inner path to personal growth in both body and mind. He believes in the power of breathing (pranayama) and self-examination (swadyaha) and enjoys being surrounded by loved ones and eating a heavenly piece of homemade vegan apple pie. One of his favorite contemplations is based upon the question: ‘why travel when I’m already home?’
