Raspberry smoothie bowl with chia seeds

Smoothie bowls turn eating fruit (and sometimes vegetables) into a party, even for the smaller, pickier eaters who would normally turn up their noses at them. A smoothie bowl is actually just like an ice cream treat, but then made exclusively with pure and fresh ingredients. It doesn’t get any better than that!

Recipe for 1 person
Preparation time: 10 minutes

Ingredients

100 g frozen raspberries

120 ml yogurt

60 ml almond milk

1 tbs maple syrup or honey, with some extra to garnish

1 tsp vanilla extract

5 strawberries, in slices

50 g blueberries

2 tbs almonds, chopped

1 tsp chia seeds

Preparation

Step 1:

Make sure that you have everything ready beforehand—that the strawberries are slices and the ingredients are measured out. Otherwise the smoothie will melt before you’ve even started it!

Step 2:

Mix the raspberries with the yogurt, almond milk, maple syrup (or honey) and the vanilla extract with a hand mixer, for example.

Pour the smoothie into a suitable bowl and cover it with strawberry slices, blueberries, the almonds and the chia seeds. Sprinkle a little bit of maple syrup or honey (if desired), and eat it straight away.
