Try these soothing yin yoga poses for better sleep

When you think of yoga, you might envision ultra-toned ashtanga or sweat-drenched Bikram practitioners gliding from one power pose to the next. But yin yoga is different. It’s a meditative and slow-paced style of yoga, with long-held poses that give you the time and stillness to bring your body & mind to a state of deep relaxation.
