A reflective meditation for ultimate focus

We often get so overwhelmed by our ambitions, dreams and desires that we lose the ability for quiet reflection. Instead of your mind constantly flitting from work issues to tomorrow’s to-do list - and back again, this reflective meditation helps you focus on what really contributes to personal wellbeing: the here and now.

In just 7-minutes, this practice creates some much-needed peace, quietening your mind and allowing it to focus on your priorities with lucidity and precision. Mindful reflection brings us back to ourselves, allowing us to come closer to our own emotions, thoughts and spirit. A little self-compassion in our busy day-to-day lives - isn’t that precisely what we all need?
